Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our team at Dolphin Enterprises in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines and bring foundational knowledge in 3D modeling and architectural visualization techniques.

Key Duties

• Interpret architectural blueprints, including building plans and elevations.
• Create precise 3D models based on given architectural drawings.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp software effectively to produce visual representations.
• Apply basic architectural 3D visualization and rendering skills to support project requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and exhibit a keen willingness to learn and adapt new visualization methods.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp applications.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and the ability to accurately translate them into 3D models.
• Familiarity with basic 3D visualization and rendering concepts.
• A meticulous approach and eagerness to expand knowledge in visualization technologies.

Remuneration & Conditions

This position offers a monthly salary range between 15,000 and 25,000 Indian Rupees. The employment type is full-time, based at our office located in Mumbai.
