This UI/UX Design internship invites candidates to engage actively in the product design process, contributing to real features that influence ongoing projects. Interns will experience the full design lifecycle, spanning from user needs analysis and research to interface creation, prototype development, and preparation of designs for development. The internship encourages collaboration with designers, developers, and project managers while fostering ownership and consistent feedback to advance design capabilities and product insight.

Key Responsibilities

Design wireframes, user flow diagrams, and polished user interfaces for designated product features using Figma.
Analyze project specifications, perform competitor research, and explore various design concepts before implementation.
Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate user journeys and validate design concepts.
Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from design critique sessions, ensuring alignment with the team’s design standards.
Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to ensure design feasibility, thorough documentation, and readiness for development.
Compile design specifications, assets, and documentation to support a smooth handover to developers.
Manage assigned tasks independently, including timeline adherence, progress communication, and proactive issue resolution.

Eligibility and Requirements

Must be available to work from home and commit to the full 4-month internship duration.

Relevant interest and proficiency in UI/UX design.
Basic principles knowledge covering typography, spacing, layout, color theory, and usability.
