Human Resources (HR) Internship - Work From Home

About the Internship

This internship offers daily hands-on experience in essential human resources functions. Interns will be responsible for maintaining and updating internal employee databases, including contact and employment paperwork. Essential tasks also include collecting payroll-related data such as leave records, work hours, and banking details.

Interns will assist in screening resumes and applications, scheduling and confirming interviews, and managing job postings across various platforms, including job boards and social media. Additional responsibilities involve generating HR reports like departmental training budgets, responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits, and distributing company policies in both digital and print form.

• Candidates must be able to work remotely.
• Availability to start the internship between August 3 and September 7, 2026 is required.
• Applicants should be committed for the full 2-month duration.
• Relevant skills and interest in HR are necessary.

Stipend and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between INR 5,000 and INR 10,000. Participants will also receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
