About the Internship
Basti Ki Pathshala Foundation, a government-registered grassroots NGO focused on improving education in underserved slum communities, is seeking motivated fundraising interns. This internship offers a unique chance to engage with nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, and social impact projects while driving the mission to educate marginalized children. Interns will hone communication, networking, and outreach skills while supporting impactful educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising campaigns targeting resource mobilization for educational and community welfare programs.
- Identify prospects including donors, institutions, and community groups aligned with the foundation’s social causes.
- Build and nurture positive relationships via consistent communication and follow-ups with existing and potential donors.
- Maintain meticulous records of fundraising activities, donor correspondence, and contributions.
- Participate in awareness drives, fundraising events, and donor engagement activities organized by the foundation.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to meet campaign goals and maximize support for the foundation’s programs.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be available for a remote internship starting between July 28, 2026 and September 1, 2026 for a duration of 1 month. Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests in fundraising activities. Women seeking to start or resume their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
- Position is fully remote and part time, offering flexible work hours.
- Performance-based stipend: Fixed amount of ₹1 plus incentives ranging from ₹1,500 to ₹15,000 depending on funds raised.
