About the internship
Internship Overview
You will be managing seller accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, among others. Your role involves creating and refining product listings by enhancing titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and relevant keywords to boost product visibility and improve sales conversions. Monitoring account health, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with platform policies are integral to the position.
You will oversee inventory control, regularly update stock, implement pricing strategies, and maintain catalog accuracy. Processing orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, and refunds efficiently will also be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, planning and executing promotional and seasonal sales campaigns will help drive sales growth.
Managing and optimizing paid advertisements like Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads to maximize returns on investment, analyzing important metrics such as sales figures, conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROAS to identify growth opportunities are expected responsibilities. You will coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations while resolving listing problems, account issues, and customer complaints. Preparing performance reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases and conducting competitive market analysis will also be necessary.
