Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and persuasive written content across multiple platforms such as websites, social media channels, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Conduct thorough reviews and revisions to ensure content accuracy, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and overall language quality.
- Maintain the appropriate tone, voice, clarity, cohesion, and content structure consistently.
- Proofread various business documents including contracts, agreements, and drafts to ensure precision, uniformity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Perform continuous language quality audits across Accredian's creative assets, websites, brochures, agreements, and customer-oriented content.
- Effectively manage several projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
- Support product and technical teams by identifying and validating website issues and content discrepancies that might affect user experience.
- Collaborate closely with teams to comprehend educational materials and simplify complex subjects into clear, student-friendly language.
- Ensure brand messaging consistency in all communication channels.
- Work jointly with marketing, design, and education professionals to align messaging with overall business objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and feedback and incorporate relevant insights to enhance content and copywriting strategies.
