About the Internship
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to create compelling and engaging content for Tripcat, a dynamic travel company offering weekend getaways from Bangalore. The intern will craft captivating reels, posts, captions, and stories tailored for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, capturing real-time travel adventures and behind-the-scenes moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish engaging content including reels, posts, captions, and stories across social media channels.
- Write travel-themed storytelling scripts and short-form copy with a warm and relatable tone.
- Collaborate closely with design and video production teams to create visually appealing travel content.
- Provide live coverage of trips, events, and exclusive moments to generate immediate social media buzz.
- Manage official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) ensuring consistent and timely postings that align with marketing campaigns.
- Interact with the audience by replying to comments, messages, and tags to foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth to optimize content and strategies.
- Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns for trip launches, contests, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Collaborate with trip captains and participants to source user-generated content and testimonials.
- Innovate to create viral and trend-inspired content to significantly boost brand visibility.
- Coordinate marketing activities with sales and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with forthcoming travel plans.
- Maintain and promote Tripcat’s vibrant, youthful, and travel-centric brand voice.
- Contribute ideas to enhance brand storytelling, visual identity, and overall marketing tone.
- Remain abreast of emerging social media trends, popular travel content formats, and competitive activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Availability to begin between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
- Commitment to the entire 2-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in content creation, marketing, and travel storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills.
- Creative flair combined with a strong passion for travel and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels trends and short video editing tools along with Canva.
- Ability to interpret content analytics and social media performance data.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Additional Information
- Stipend range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
- Internship duration: 2 months, starting immediately.
- Work schedule: 5 days a week with flexible working hours and an informal dress code.
- Certification provided upon successful completion.
