About the Internship
This internship opportunity is designed for individuals eager to maintain and grow a brand's digital presence. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's voice is clearly communicated and audience engagement is consistently high.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies by preparing editorial calendars weekly or monthly using platforms such as Notion, Trello, or Google Sheets.
- Ideate creative and current social media content concepts tailored to audience preferences.
- Create visual materials including static images, carousels, stories, and banners using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Produce engaging short videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) by scripting, filming, and editing with software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Write compelling captions and calls-to-action with careful attention to grammar and brand voice.
- Publish content on multiple social networks including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and Facebook, and manage scheduling with Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
- Handle community interactions by responding to comments and messages to foster engagement.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and click-through rates, and create periodic reports summarizing these insights.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficient use of design and editing tools like Canva; familiarity with CapCut or Adobe Suite is advantageous.
- Excellent writing skills ensuring clear and catchy communications.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including native features like Instagram audio trends and LinkedIn carousels.
- Effective organizational abilities to maintain content schedules and meet deadlines.

Additional Information
- The internship is full-time and office-based in Delhi.
- Interns must be from Delhi and able to commit to a four-month period starting between July 31 and September 4, 2026.
- Stipend includes a fixed monthly amount of INR 10,000 to 15,000 plus incentives between INR 5,000 and 10,000, totaling INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month.
