About the internship

Be Rolling Media is a creative video production and storytelling agency focused on helping brands strengthen their presence through impactful, high-quality visual content. The team develops customized work from concept through delivery, including branded video ads, UGC-style reels, and social media campaigns designed to capture attention and build audience trust.

Role overview

This internship is centered on supporting client servicing, project coordination, and shoot execution. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, creators, and the creative unit to keep projects moving smoothly and delivered on time.

What you will do

• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to keep communication clear and projects running smoothly.
• Support end-to-end shoot execution, including planning, scheduling, on-site coordination, and alignment with the approved creative brief.
• Assist with influencer- and creator-led assignments by coordinating outreach, tracking deadlines, managing deliverables, and following up regularly.
• Help the creative team during shoots with content planning, reference collection, and on-ground execution support.
• Organize and maintain client documents, briefs, and timelines to help ensure timely project delivery.

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, are available for 4 months, are based in Delhi, and have relevant skills and interest in the work.

Other requirements

• Prior exposure to social media campaigns or managing brand pages is preferred.
• Experience in client coordination or influencer management is preferred.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and content production workflows is preferred.

Additional details
