Daily Responsibilities

• Keep detailed records of candidates and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure program alignment.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience up to one year in the civil engineering domain.
• Strong computer literacy alongside proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Available for full-time, on-site internship.
• Can begin the internship between August 1, 2026, and September 5, 2026.
• Committed to a three-month duration.
• Possess applicable skills and interest in the domain; freshers aiming for job opportunities are welcome.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹16,000.
• Certification upon completion.
• Letter of recommendation for performance acknowledgment.
• Potential employment opportunity with an annual salary between ₹430,000 and ₹480,000 upon successful conversion.
