About the Internship

Join Vedron.ai as a Business Strategy intern working remotely and part-time. This role focuses on building and optimizing user acquisition channels, managing onboarding and compliance workflows, and fostering community engagement. You will be responsible for running targeted outreach campaigns across platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups, and for executing growth experiments including referral programs and user-generated campaigns.

The internship entails detailed monitoring of analytics like impressions, sign-ups, and cost per acquisition (CPA), along with A/B testing messaging strategies to improve conversion rates. You will also oversee KYC compliance and ensure the integrity of the platform through community moderation, preventing spam and abuse.

Content creation for onboarding, such as welcome emails, FAQs, and in-app guides, forms a key responsibility. You'll conduct educational sessions, tutorials, and AMA events weekly to support user activation and retention. Customer support will be delivered via in-app chat, email, and community channels, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and brand standards.

Additionally, you'll analyze feature usage metrics, compile weekly reports summarizing user feedback and feature requests, and contribute data-driven insights toward product strategy discussions. This dynamic role offers extensive exposure to community building, user engagement analytics, and growth marketing strategies within a fast-paced AI-focused company.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be available for a remote internship lasting three months.

Additional Details

• The stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 per month, consisting of a fixed pay of ₹8,000–₹20,000 plus incentives between ₹2,000–₹30,000 monthly.
