About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience in business development and sales within the B2B SaaS domain. The intern will focus on reaching out to local businesses like salons, clinics, retail outlets, and cafes that have limited or no online presence, offering them website solutions powered by AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage local business prospects lacking strong web presence to promote AI-based website services.
- Utilize various communication channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to connect with key decision-makers.
- Present compelling product demonstrations of ByteSites.ai, the AI website builder tool.
- Handle negotiations and close sales agreements; support onboarding of new clients seamlessly.
- Maintain detailed daily records of leads, follow-up activities, and sales conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a remote work setting for a 3-month period starting between August 4 and September 8, 2026.
- Previous experience or comfort in communicating with small business owners and retail managers.
- Proactive and resilient attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales targets despite potential rejections.
- Competence in delivering product demonstrations to clients who may not have technical backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi and Marathi is highly advantageous, particularly for local outreach in Pune.
- Ability to provide daily progress updates via communication platforms like WhatsApp or Slack.
- Preference for candidates located in Pune or those fluent in Marathi and Hindi.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹9,500 to ₹16,500, which includes a fixed component of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 plus an additional incentive of ₹1,500.
- Flexible working hours with a five-day workweek.
