Web3 Product Manager

Role overview

Libeara is looking for a Product Manager to lead the creation and delivery of products that enable tokenisation of real-world assets and support digital asset infrastructure. In this position, you will set product direction, turn commercial and regulatory inputs into practical product solutions, and coordinate execution with teams across the business to launch improvements and new capabilities successfully.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of the product roadmap for Libeara’s tokenisation platform and drive it forward.
• Convert business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory obligations into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the full product journey from discovery and planning to release and continuous improvement.
• Rank backlog items and help organise release planning so delivery remains timely and robust.
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to collect feedback and surface product enhancement opportunities.
• Track product performance, adoption trends, and key metrics to guide decisions and prioritisation.
• Keep up with progress in blockchain, tokenisation, Web3, and digital assets to inform innovation.
• Make sure product changes align with relevant regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business functions to deliver enhancements and new features.
• Collaborate with Product Designers to design intuitive journeys, smooth user experiences, and interface requirements for the platform.
• Support and coach Product Associates and Business Analysts, helping strengthen discovery and delivery quality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, digital assets, or blockchain.
• Solid understanding of blockchain systems, tokenisation, digital assets, and Web3 environments.
• Working knowledge of tokenisation, DeFi, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Proven experience shipping software products alongside engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and product lifecycle management.
• Strong capability in analysis, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Background in regulated financial services, capital markets, or fintech is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a closely related discipline.

Additional information

This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore, Singapore. The position is focused on building products for the tokenisation of real-world assets and broader digital asset infrastructure.
