About the Role

Big Chief Hire is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Service and Parts department. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient communication channels between customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate service bookings and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Oversee the process of parts ordering, receiving, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Facilitate communication with technicians and suppliers to guarantee the timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare detailed quotes, invoices, and all necessary service documentation.
• Ensure all records are meticulously maintained and update internal systems accordingly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through both in-person interactions and telephone communication.
• Provide comprehensive support to the Service and Parts teams with their daily administrative duties.

About You

• Possess strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in computer applications and eager to learn new software systems.
• Previous experience in a service, parts, automotive, transport, or a related field is beneficial but not a mandatory requirement.
