Role Overview

Rosewood AMAALA is hiring a Wardrobe Supervisor to oversee the complete uniform journey for associates across the resort. The role focuses on making sure uniforms, grooming, and overall presentation consistently match the property’s luxury standards and brand image.

You will manage everything from uniform allocation and fitting to alterations, repairs, storage, inventory tracking, and replacement planning. The position also requires close coordination with Talent & Culture, Housekeeping, Laundry, and department leaders to keep wardrobe operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the end-to-end uniform process, including measurements, fittings, alterations, repairs, replacements, and seasonal updates.
  • Supervise daily wardrobe activities such as issuing, collecting, tracking, and recording uniforms.
  • Keep precise inventory records for uniforms, accessories, name badges, and related items.
  • Ensure stock is always available for new hires, replacement needs, and pre-opening requirements.
  • Work with Talent & Culture to prepare uniforms for new associates before their joining date.
  • Partner with Laundry and Housekeeping to ensure uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to standard and on time.
  • Check that grooming and uniform presentation across departments follow Rosewood brand standards.
  • Carry out routine uniform audits and document any shortages, damage, or differences found.
  • Maintain wardrobe storage areas so they remain clean, orderly, and secure.
  • Assist with uniform budgets, expense control, and forecasting alongside Talent & Culture and Finance.
  • Keep proper records for uniform issue and return during onboarding and exit processing.
  • Support sustainability efforts by encouraging reuse, repair, and reduced waste in uniform handling.
  • Help associates understand how to care for uniforms and meet brand presentation expectations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to uniform-related questions, alterations, and requests.
  • Protect the confidentiality of associate measurements and personal details.
  • Coordinate with department heads to plan for increased uniform demand during peak periods and operational changes.
  • Work with Security and Talent & Culture during clearance procedures to ensure uniforms are properly accounted for when associates leave.
  • Lead and guide wardrobe attendants or other support team members when required.
  • Represent and reinforce Rosewood values and service culture in day-to-day interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in wardrobe operations, uniform management, laundry coordination, or a similar hospitality function in a luxury setting. Prior supervisory experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred.

Experience in a resort or pre-opening environment will be considered an advantage. The role calls for strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. A working understanding of fabric care, tailoring, garment repairs, and alterations is also important.
