Grand Hyatt Singapore is hiring a Waiter/Waitress for its outlets. The role focuses on delivering dependable, high-quality food and beverage service to guests while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Role Summary

You will be expected to provide service that is both consistent and attentive, ensuring guests receive a smooth dining experience. The position calls for a courteous, efficient, and adaptable approach in the assigned outlet.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the designated outlet.
• Maintain a high standard of guest service throughout each shift.

Requirements

• Applicants should ideally have completed GCE 'O' Level.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in hotel operations is required.
• Strong customer service abilities are essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered, due to Singapore government foreign worker work pass quota restrictions.
