About the Company
Base360.ai is an AI-powered operating system built for consumer-facing brands, designed to help operators automate and manage their business end to end. The platform grew out of a successful short-term rental operation that used its own software to scale into an eight-figure portfolio, and it is now being launched independently to support the next wave of B2C businesses.
The company is growing internationally and is looking for a top-tier UX/UI Designer to craft polished, intuitive, and high-converting experiences across the product and marketing journey.
Role Summary
In this position, you will turn complex product logic into clear and engaging experiences across the product, website, and customer-facing touchpoints. You will partner directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to design solutions that address real needs for B2C brands while maintaining a strong visual standard.
What You Will Do
- Design core product experiences such as dashboards, workflows, and integrations for Base360.ai.
- Create marketing materials including landing pages, product pages, and demo journeys.
- Help establish, refine, and scale the design system for efficiency and consistency.
- Use customer feedback to improve and iterate on designs quickly.
- Contribute to shaping the brand identity as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert product briefs into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs in Figma.
- Develop conversion-oriented landing pages for launches and campaign initiatives.
- Keep the look and feel unified across product areas and all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with engineers to make sure implementation matches design intent accurately.
- Run user research, usability tests, and A/B experiments to guide design decisions.
- Manage and grow the design system and reusable component library.
