FrogHire.ai is an AI-powered career development platform that helps candidates move through the job market with greater speed, clarity, and confidence. Its core product uses automation, live and historical data, and smart insights to make the job search simpler and more efficient. The company is now seeking a motivated UX/UI Designer to partner with cross-functional teams and help improve the product experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into clear, intuitive interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual mockups that communicate interaction flows and design ideas.
- Run user research activities and use feedback to refine and enhance the overall experience.
- Coordinate with developers so the implemented product matches the intended design and user journey.
- Help preserve a consistent visual language and design system across the platform by collaborating closely with different teams.
Requirements
- A background in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a similar discipline.
- A portfolio that demonstrates prior UI/UX design work and completed projects.
- Hands-on ability with common design platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking and a practical approach to solving design challenges.
Preferences
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to work as part of a diverse team.
- Applicants with an international background are preferred.
