Role Overview
This position is for a US Technical Recruiter handling US IT, non-IT, and technical hiring needs. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills, along with working knowledge of US hiring practices and recruitment systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for US IT, non-IT, and technical roles, drawing on prior experience in similar hiring environments.
- Understand a wide range of IT and non-IT job profiles, related technologies, and current hiring patterns.
- Work with knowledge of US labor regulations, visa categories, and work authorization processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social networking platforms, and professional outreach methods.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively, especially for technical positions.
- Stay organized, handle priorities well, and manage time efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and negotiate with candidates and hiring stakeholders when needed.
- Work both independently and in coordination with the broader recruitment team.
- Use applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage hiring workflows.
