Role Overview

Robotics Technologies is hiring a US IT Resource Manager for its Hyderabad office. The position begins with a 60-day training internship focused on building skills in US recruitment. Internship Phase

The first 60 days are a learning period. This stage is unpaid, but it includes performance-based earning potential through placements. Additional support during this phase includes free AC hostel accommodation, complimentary meals, high-speed Wi-Fi, and transportation.

Post-Internship Compensation

After the internship, the role offers a fixed monthly salary of INR 15,000 along with variable incentives that can range from INR 30,000 to INR 35,000+ depending on results. Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule

This is a night-shift, work-from-office position. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as weekly off days.

Eligibility Criteria

This opportunity is open only to female candidates. Applicants should be graduates, preferably with B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any other bachelor’s degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in HR, recruitment, and the US staffing domain.
