Key responsibilities

• Search for suitable projects and place bids on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru.
• Review client needs and draft tailored proposals for different service lines.
• Create proposals for website work, including WordPress, Shopify, and fully custom builds.
• Prepare bids for mobile application projects across iOS, Android, and cross-platform development.
• Handle CMS-based solution opportunities.
• Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Speak with clients to clarify scope, delivery timelines, and budget expectations.
• Support pricing discussions and work toward closing deals.
• Keep a healthy sales pipeline and monitor bidding outcomes.
• Work with technical teams so that estimates and proposals are accurate.
• Nurture client relationships to encourage repeat work and longer-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Prior experience in bidding or business development within IT services is required.
• Good knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
• Understanding of the mobile app development process from start to finish.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, and SMM.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to produce persuasive proposals and cover letters.
• Exposure to bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
• Confident negotiation and convincing ability.
• Self-driven and comfortable working toward targets.
