Role overview
This position is for a translator who can support AI model training by interacting with chatbots, assessing how well they reason, and helping improve response quality. The work involves using strong linguistic judgment to guide model behavior and to create better conversation examples.
What you will do
- Have conversations with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English to gauge how they perform.
- Present chatbots with varied, complex prompts and review the results they generate.
- Assess outputs for accuracy, logic, and overall quality.
- Write original conversation examples that help teach the model what appropriate responses should look like.
What we are looking for
- Advanced command of linguistics.
- Strong fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and grammar ability.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, whether current, ongoing, or completed, though it is not mandatory.
Contract and working arrangement
This is an independent contractor role. You can choose the projects you want to take on and decide when to work, allowing you to operate on your own schedule from your own computer at home.
Compensation and payment
Work is paid by the hour, with starting rates from $25 USD per hour and possible bonus rates on select projects. Payment is processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. No payment will ever be requested from applicants.
