About the Role

Texans Together (TTG) is seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to join their Professional Development team in Houston, TX. This full-time, exempt position is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to a diverse audience including employees, foster/adoptive parents, and community members. The role is crucial in upholding TTG's mission to support children and families within the Texas foster care system by ensuring high training standards and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Primary Responsibilities
