Territory Sales Representative

Role overview

OCA Island Vending & Supplies Ltd is hiring a motivated, target-oriented Route Sales & Merchandising Representative to support the company’s FMCG sales operations. In this role, you will help grow revenue, build lasting customer relationships, and keep products well presented and readily available in stores.

What you will do

• Build and maintain productive relationships with both current and potential customers.
• Consistently work toward monthly sales goals and key performance indicators, with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Follow assigned route schedules and complete customer visits as planned.
• Spot and pursue new sales opportunities, then convert them into new business accounts.
• Maintain strong merchandising standards, including product placement, shelf visibility, and overall in-store presentation.
• Track stock movement and suggest replenishment orders when inventory is running low.
• Gather market insights by observing competitors and sharing reports on activity in the field.
• Make sure promotional campaigns and in-store promotions are carried out properly.
• Prepare and send sales updates and activity reports on time.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of field sales experience, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• A demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
• Practical experience in merchandising and retail execution.
• A self-directed, well-organized professional who can work independently.
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a dependable personal motor vehicle are required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile sales tools is an advantage.
