Role Overview
Info Edge is hiring a Telesales Associate in Noida for its Jeevansathi business. This position focuses on converting interested prospects into paid subscribers through phone-based selling and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to already generated leads over outbound calls and initiate sales conversations.
- Identify customer needs and present the most suitable paid subscription options.
- Respond to customer questions and share clear, correct details about services and pricing plans.
- Use persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and other performance measures.
- Stay in touch with prospects and current customers through regular follow-ups.
- Develop positive customer relationships and support a satisfying customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills are essential.
- A graduation degree is required.
- Ability to negotiate and influence customers effectively.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on targets is important.
- Should learn quickly and maintain a positive approach to work.
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Prior success in meeting sales targets will be an added advantage.
