Role Overview
This position is for an international voice-based service desk role in Pune, where you will support US customers with technical issues over phone and through remote access tools. The job is focused on delivering prompt, professional troubleshooting and service desk assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical support interactions for US-based clients through voice calls.
- Use remote access methods to diagnose and resolve user issues.
- Assist with service desk and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide clear guidance while troubleshooting technical problems during live conversations.
Working Conditions
- This is a 5-day working role.
- Rotational as well as night shifts are part of the schedule.
- Cab facility is available.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- At least 1 year of experience in an international technical voice process is required.
- A graduation degree is mandatory.
