Role overview

This opportunity is for a senior technical leader to guide large-scale transformation programmes spanning cloud, AI-enabled software delivery, and modern engineering. The position blends strategic advisory, hands-on delivery oversight, and client-facing influence, making it suitable for someone who is equally comfortable in executive discussions and technical leadership settings.

What you will do

• Advise senior enterprise leaders such as CIOs and CTOs on technology direction and transformation priorities.
• Shape technical strategy across several major client accounts.
• Oversee delivery quality and execution across distributed engineering teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, discovery workshops, and solution shaping.
• Coach Technical Leads and help strengthen engineering capability across teams.
• Support organisations in modernising delivery through AI-native engineering practices.

Experience and profile

• You should bring more than 15 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Background in consulting, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation environments is preferred.
• Strong depth in software architecture, cloud platforms, and contemporary engineering approaches is essential.
• You need a proven record of leading complex, high-value technology programmes.
• Experience running presales conversations, discovery sessions, and solution design work is expected.
• You must be able to explain sophisticated technical topics clearly to senior stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
• A consultative style, commercial awareness, and strong influencing ability are important.
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled engineering, distributed systems, databases, and modern SDLC practices is required.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading technical teams is important.
• A strong interest in innovation, ongoing learning, and engineering excellence is valued.
