The menu includes burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos made with house-made guacamole and other fresh ingredients. The restaurants operate across day and night trading hours, which can help provide flexibility around study, work, and personal commitments.

Through the Plate 4 Plate program, one meal is donated to a person in need for every bowl or burrito sold.

Role Overview

As a team member, you will help prepare and serve fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food while delivering a positive customer experience. This position plays an important part in maintaining Zambrero’s standards for service, food quality, procedures, and cleanliness.

Key Duties

• Deliver warm, upbeat, and helpful service to every customer.
• Prepare menu items by following recipes carefully and consistently for each meal period.
• Adjust food preparation based on customer demand and volume throughout the day.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitisation practices at all times.
• Support the regular cleaning of food-prep areas, the dining area, and the wider restaurant.
• Assist with any other tasks needed to keep the restaurant operating efficiently and guests satisfied.
