Role Overview

Whistle Express Car Wash is hiring a full-time Team Member for its Enterprise, Alabama location. This role focuses on delivering great customer experiences, supporting sales and membership growth, and keeping the wash site clean, safe, and running efficiently.

Welcome Station and Sales Support

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a courteous, professional approach.
• Help drive sales and membership expansion by following repeatable processes and giving accurate guidance.
• Assist with new member enrollments, account updates, and membership administration.
• Apply company rules for pricing and discounting consistently.

Wash Station Duties

• Work safely by following all required safety practices and keeping the wash area neat and organized.
• Support vehicle prep by spotting pre-existing damage before service.
• Use wash equipment properly and efficiently.
• Share operational concerns clearly with coworkers and managers.

Convenience Station Duties

• Interact with customers in a professional manner to create a positive visit and encourage Google reviews.
• Handle member account needs such as cancellations, plan changes, and overall customer experience support.
• Restock and organize detail centers so supplies remain accessible and inventory stays accurate.
• Remove trash on a regular basis and keep work areas clean.
• Monitor vacuum stations for blockages and empty collection canisters as needed.
• Carry out general site maintenance, including litter pickup, weed removal, and other upkeep tasks that help maintain a clean and safe property.

General Expectations

• Maintain a polished professional appearance and follow uniform standards at all times.
• Complete opening and closing procedures to support smooth daily operations.
• Keep the tunnel clean and maintained for safe, efficient performance.
• Prepare towels and other supplies needed for daily operations.
