About the internship
Delights Marketing Solutions (DMS) is offering an in-office internship for a Talent Acquisition role based in Kolkata. This opportunity is suited to someone who is interested in recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and wants practical exposure to hiring workflows in a fast-moving consulting environment. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for different positions and working closely with the HR team.
What you will do
- Help identify and shortlist candidates for multiple openings across the organization.
- Carry out first-round phone conversations to evaluate suitability and alignment with the role and company culture.
- Coordinate interview slots between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update candidate records and monitor hiring-related data in MS-Excel.
- Draft job descriptions and assist in publishing openings on different channels.
- Support recruitment drives, hiring events, and job fairs.
- Contribute to HR and talent acquisition assignments as needed.
