Overview
This opportunity is with a global organization known for its innovative products, strong design standards, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. The role is centered on providing a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for candidates while supporting the talent acquisition function from early outreach through onboarding.
In this position, you will help ensure that each candidate has a positive impression of the company by coordinating interviews, supporting pre-employment steps, and working closely with recruiters, HR, and hiring teams. Your organization, communication, and attention to detail will directly support hiring success and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters and HR partners with setting up both internal and external requisitions.
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams so the process runs efficiently and on schedule.
- Draft and send formal offer letters in collaboration with recruiters.
- Arrange candidate assessments and support scheduling or ordering as needed during the selection process.
- Manage pre-employment steps for candidates, including background checks, drug screening, and any required post-offer testing.
- Serve as a main point of contact for candidates by phone and email throughout interviews and onboarding.
- Work with hiring teams to create a courteous, supportive, and polished candidate experience.
- Protect sensitive information, including personal candidate details and background check results, with strict confidentiality.
- Contribute to additional recruiting tasks and special projects, which may include resume screening or phone interviews.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 1 year of experience handling administrative, scheduling, or coordination work in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organizational ability with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a service-oriented approach.
- Comfort working across teams and collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage confidential information carefully and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a closely related area is an advantage.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities with urgency and careful attention to detail.
- Strong follow-through and a high level of accuracy in day-to-day work.
- Adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and a candidate-centered mindset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
