TA Specialist

Role overview

Hanwha Ocean is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore. This position focuses on managing recruitment activities end to end, supporting candidates and hiring teams, and helping strengthen the company’s employer presence in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full hiring process, including publishing vacancies, finding suitable candidates, conducting initial phone screens, arranging interviews, managing offer discussions, and preparing employment contracts.
• Ensure candidates receive a smooth, responsive, and positive experience at every stage of recruitment.
• Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate those needs into practical hiring guidance and talent recommendations.
• Process work pass applications and make sure recruitment and hiring practices follow Singapore’s employment and statutory requirements.
• Assist with onboarding so that new employees are welcomed properly and can start work comfortably.
• Support employer branding efforts that help position Hanwha as an attractive place to work in Singapore.

Candidate profile

• Applicants should bring up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within EPC, engineering, or closely related sectors.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and the work pass application process is expected.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are needed to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• The right person will be proactive, practical, attentive to detail, and comfortable in a busy, expanding environment.
