Role Overview
PVH is hiring a full-time Store Manager for the Calvin Klein outlet store in Tawa, Wellington. This role is suited to someone who can lead store performance, guide a retail team, and help deliver strong commercial results in a fashion retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations and support the team in meeting sales and service goals.
- Drive performance across key retail measures such as sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shop results.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and motivate team members to build a high-performing store culture.
- Maintain high standards in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Look for business growth opportunities and act on them with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Present yourself professionally and uphold a polished brand image.
