Role overview

Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced store leader to oversee a single location in Youngstown, Ohio. What you will do

• Take full responsibility for the operation of one store.

Training and development

Eligibility and working expectations

This role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius, and availability for a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Food safety certification through ServeSafe is also required. The job involves working in a fast-paced environment, staying on your feet for long periods, and handling changing priorities and difficult situations with strong communication and conflict-management skills.

ADA and physical requirements

Work conditions may include hot counter areas, steam, food vapors, restricted workspace, loud kitchens, and limited storage. The role requires preparing hot and cold food items, using a Chinese chef knife and other kitchen equipment, moving quickly while staying accurate, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counter tops to serve customers.

Pay details

The pay range for this position is $27 to $30 per hour. Final compensation depends on factors such as location and experience. Bonus earnings are not guaranteed, and the company may change or end bonus programs at any time without notice.
