Store Inspector (Receiving)

Role Overview

Raytheon Australia is hiring a Store Inspector (Receiving) for an onsite role in Singapore. The position is based at SG-01-SINGAPORE-051 TC ~ 51 Calshot Rd ~ 51 CALSHOT RD-051 TC. This opportunity sits within RTX and Pratt & Whitney, where the focus is on aerospace and defense, aircraft engines, and auxiliary power systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Check every inbound delivery for correctness, condition, and adherence to airworthiness certificates as well as purchase or repair orders.
• Spot any defects, damage, or quality concerns and create the relevant Discrepancy Report.
• Complete the required entries and updates in SAP.
• Keep records well maintained for audits, traceability, and reporting needs.
• Track shelf life and expiry dates for engine spare parts.
• Follow SOPs, aviation safety rules, and quality requirements at all times.
• Assist with both internal and external audit activities.
• Help keep the work area tidy, structured, and safe.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• A diploma, or an equivalent qualification, in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in aviation warehousing or quality inspection will be considered an advantage.
• Comfort using MS Office, SAP, or similar warehouse management systems.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
