What you’ll do

• Deliver pizzas and other orders quickly and accurately to customers within the assigned delivery area.

• Accept and handle phone orders efficiently to help maintain customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Assist with inventory tasks and move ingredients or supplies between delivery, storage, and cooler areas.
• Complete related paperwork and support day-to-day store needs as required.
• Work both independently and with teammates while staying calm under pressure.
• Follow brand appearance expectations and maintain a professional look at all times.

Role expectations

• Be able to communicate well with customers and coworkers in a positive, professional manner.
• Work with attention to quality standards, ethical decision-making, and timely execution.
• Handle basic math accurately, including making correct change and using a calculator when needed.
• Comfortably use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle equipment.

Physical demands

• Most work is done while standing, so the job requires spending the majority of the shift on your feet.
• Work areas may include ceramic tile and linoleum flooring, with surfaces around 36 inches to 4 feet high.
• Bulk deliveries arrive about two to three times per week and may require lifting or stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional crouching, squatting, bending, stooping, and stair use may be part of the job.
• Manual coordination is needed for handling dough, pizza peels, cutters, and folding pizza boxes.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• You need at least one year of driving history.
• You must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• You must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• You must pass a motor vehicle record check and meet the company’s standards.
