Sprinklr Implementation Consultant

Role Overview

This contract position is for a Sprinklr Implementation Consultant based in Auckland, New Zealand. The role focuses on delivering complete implementation work for Sprinklr, from initial setup through configuration and deployment, aligned to the client’s business needs.

What You’ll Do

You will help shape and roll out Sprinklr solutions that are built to scale. The work involves setting up the platform, configuring modules, connecting systems through integrations, and ensuring the final solution supports customer engagement objectives.

Key Areas of Work

• Carry out end-to-end implementation and configuration of Sprinklr.
• Set up and deploy the platform according to business requirements.
• Work with Sprinklr Care, Social, Marketing, and Service modules where needed.
• Handle API-based integrations and related workflow setup.
• Collect requirements from stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, and support analytical decision-making.
• Work independently while managing several deliverables at the same time.

Required Background

The assignment calls for practical experience with Sprinklr implementation and configuration, along with familiarity in SaaS environments and customer experience platforms. A strong grasp of platform setup, integrations, and solution delivery is important, as is the ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate requirements into working outcomes.
