Specialist, Central Store

Role overview

Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) is looking for a Specialist, Central Store to support the organization’s supply chain function. This position focuses on keeping inventory moving smoothly, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the central store runs efficiently and accurately.

Reporting line

The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain Management.

Key duties

The selected professional will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking goods and materials. The role requires strong control over inventory movements, accurate recordkeeping, and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, the position includes stock monitoring, inventory reconciliation, preparation of reports, budget-related support, and management of team performance. The goal is to strengthen operational effectiveness while maintaining compliance, safety, and quality service standards.
