Role Overview

This position is for a detail-focused and research-driven Skip Tracer/Lead Generation professional. The role centers on finding individuals, organizations, and assets through investigative databases, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and thorough online investigation. The right person will be practical, technology-oriented, and comfortable performing in a fast-moving environment with clear performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out skip tracing work across consumer, commercial, and education-related cases.
• Use investigative tools and databases such as TLOxp, LocateSmarter, and comparable platforms.
• Perform OSINT-based research, including social media checks and identity or location verification.
• Compare and validate information from multiple sources to identify accurate contact details.
• Keep case notes organized, complete, and useful for follow-up action.
• Follow legal, privacy, and ethical standards throughout the research process.

Requirements

• Previous exposure to consumer and/or commercial skip tracing is preferred.
• Practical experience with TLOxp, LocateSmarter, or similar research tools is preferred.
• Strong internet research ability and solid OSINT skills are needed.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are essential.
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity goals.
• Awareness of compliance, legal, and privacy requirements is an advantage.

Work Details

This is an onsite position based at The Enterprise Building, Multan Road, Lahore. Working hours are 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The compensation offered is PKR 93,000 per month.
