Role Overview

This position involves installing and maintaining signage for both existing sites and new construction projects. Work may include signs of many different sizes and formats, mounted on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures. The role suits someone who is detail-focused, self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a busy environment with tight deadlines while delivering strong customer service.

What You Will Do

• Support the installation and upkeep of indoor and outdoor signs
• Read and interpret shop drawings, site layouts, and sign placement drawings
• Handle lifting requirements of up to 75 lbs and work safely at heights and in confined areas
• Load signage and transport it to the job site
• Prepare the site by removing outdated signage and readying mounting surfaces
• Follow all safety rules and procedures during preparation and installation work
• Install signs exactly as specified in the work order
• Leave the installation area clean and organized after completion
• Carry out quality checks and share any issues or observations with store leadership
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with support teams
• Adhere to company policies, operating procedures, and business ethics standards

What We’re Looking For

• A current, clean driver’s license
• Clear and effective communication skills
• A willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong time-management habits
• Comfort working as part of a team
• Prior exposure to power tools is an advantage
• A background in electrical work is strongly preferred
• Experience in sign installation is helpful

Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pay is $23.00 to $30.00 per hour.
