Role overview
Oxygen Digital Shop is hiring a Service Coordinator to handle customer service requests and complaints through O2 Care and to keep service operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customers, service technicians, and branch teams, ensuring clear communication among all parties.
- Receive, track, and organize service requests and complaints in an efficient manner.
- Allocate service visits to technicians according to location, priority, and technical fit.
- Track the status of service jobs and make sure each case is completed on time with the required records.
- Enter and maintain service-related information accurately in the ERP system.
- Reach out to customers after the service visit to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare day-to-day and monthly performance summaries for management.
- Ensure service work follows company guidelines, warranty rules, and O2 Protection plan requirements.
Eligibility and qualifications
