About the role

This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager who likes taking full responsibility for projects from the earliest planning stages through final closeout.

The role is very hands-on and offers the chance to run work independently while staying closely connected with company leadership. For the right person, there is also a path toward greater ownership.

What you will do

• Take charge of projects from planning to completion, covering scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Spot potential risks early and build practical backup plans.
• Keep projects moving so they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Act as the main person responsible for project outcomes.
• Work in coordination with internal stakeholders and outside partners.

What the employer is looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 10 years of project management experience with a general contractor, handling projects from concept through closeout.
• Comfort using project management software.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Capability to guide teams while balancing several priorities at once.
