Senior Product Manager

About the Role

This position sits at the point where business outcomes, partner-led delivery, and user adoption meet. The focus is on ensuring solutions are delivered in a controlled way, validated thoroughly, and translated into clear business value.

What You’ll Do

• Set the product roadmap, release approach, and delivery plan so they stay aligned with program goals, funding priorities, and expected business impact.
• Make prioritization calls across features, releases, and fixes by weighing value, risk, and delivery limitations.
• Oversee system integrators and product vendors directly, define expected outcomes, monitor execution, and ensure accountability for quality and timelines.
• Build and operate the Value Realization Office, including value assumptions, KPI definitions, benefits tracking, and governance for realization.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, covering business readiness, test scoping, entry and exit standards, defect handling, and formal sign-off.
• Keep UAT focused on business value by checking workflow fit, control effectiveness, and readiness for adoption—not only technical correctness.
• Serve as the main point of coordination between business leaders, program governance, external vendors, and internal delivery teams.
• Manage dependencies across vendors, flag delivery risks early, and recommend trade-offs using evidence and data.
• Prepare executive-level updates on delivery progress, UAT status, vendor performance, and the gap between expected and achieved value.

Experience and Background

• At least 10 years of experience in product management, large-scale transformation, or enterprise platform rollouts.
• Hands-on experience managing system integrators and product vendors in complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong focus on value management, including benefit realization, KPI creation, and outcome measurement.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders across business and technology and influence decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery environments.
