Role Overview
In this role, you will work as a Recruitment Professional within IBM Corporate Headquarters and Other Functions. You will partner with business teams to shape hiring approaches, find strong talent, and support recruitment efforts that align with client needs. The position is focused on strategic talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and effective execution of hiring plans.
What You Will Do
- Build and refine sourcing approaches that attract, filter, and engage potential candidates.
- Use multiple hiring channels such as job fairs, agencies, online sources, and employee referral programs to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Carry out recruitment plans and hiring activities in line with client requirements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business context and hiring priorities.
- Screen candidates early in the process to ensure they fit role expectations and organizational needs.
Experience and Exposure
- Hands-on exposure to recruitment planning and execution.
- Familiarity with sourcing methods and managing a mix of candidate channels.
- Understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into hiring actions.
- Experience in screening applicants to identify quality matches for open positions.
