Role Overview
This role is for a Scrum Master supporting the delivery of digital programs and product initiatives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The work spans mobile app development, website improvements, ecommerce capabilities, process automation through RPA, and the migration of Qlik dashboards to Power BI for business intelligence and reporting, including AI-enabled self-service features.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and keep delivery moving smoothly across the team.
- Support execution of digital initiatives, including mobile applications, websites, ecommerce enhancements, RPA-based automation, and BI/reporting migration work.
- Build and maintain Agile dashboards in Azure DevOps and JIRA to improve visibility and reporting.
- Set clear sprint objectives, manage the backlog, and remove blockers that affect delivery.
- Coordinate closely with developers, the Product Owner, and stakeholders to align priorities and progress.
- Handle team conflicts constructively and coach the team to strengthen Agile practices.
- Share Scrum Master guidance and mentor other Scrum Masters on Agile methods and standards.
Experience
The role requires 10+ years of experience.
