The Role

Amana Living is seeking a dedicated Home Care Scheduler to join their high-performing team. This full-time, onsite position involves efficiently scheduling client services for Community Support Workers, ensuring client needs are met and staff schedules are optimized. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff leave and events, rescheduling affected services promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all staff and client communications within the Aged Care Management System.
  • Actively participate in Scheduling Team training sessions and meetings.
  • Liaise with external agencies to secure service coverage when necessary, following Amana Living's scheduling guidelines.
  • Respond to calls on the Home Care and Clinical Enquiry lines, providing assistance and ensuring positive customer interactions.
  • Identify and propose improvements for individual and team work practices, processes, and procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess advanced administrative capabilities and a strong dedication to delivering superior customer service. Prior experience as a scheduler, ideally exceeding one year, is preferred. Familiarity with client management systems like Comcare or E-case is considered an advantage.
