Role Overview
An expanding real estate business in Riyadh is seeking a driven Sales Manager who can lead from the front, deliver strong commercial outcomes, and motivate a high-performing property sales team. This role suits a leader with a solid background in real estate sales and a history of exceeding targets.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Create and roll out sales plans that support business growth and revenue goals.
- Guide, coach, and oversee property consultants while setting a strong example for the team.
- Run regular learning and development sessions to strengthen performance and selling ability.
- Manage day-to-day sales activity and keep the team aligned with key performance indicators.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Track market movement and spot fresh business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for someone with 5 to 6 years of experience in real estate, including 2 to 3 years in a sales leadership position. Arabic fluency is required. The right candidate should have a proven record of closing sales in real estate, experience leading successful sales teams, and the ability to coach others effectively using current training methods and sales approaches. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities are essential.
