About the Company

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and approachable Sales Executive to join the team in Singapore at One North Launchpad. This opportunity is well suited to fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with the scientific community, building relationships, and helping identify the everyday challenges faced by laboratories and researchers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit laboratories and connect with scientists and lab personnel to learn about their pain points and workflow challenges.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with laboratory teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Explain and promote the company’s solutions in a way that matches the needs of each customer.
- Collect feedback from the field and use it to help refine and improve services.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to shape outreach plans and support target achievement.
Who This Role Suits
This role is open to fresh graduates and does not require prior experience. The company places more value on communication, personality, and a genuine interest in science than on academic GPA. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with people, listening carefully, and solving problems in a thoughtful way.
