About the Company
Xplatform industrial company is a Saudi-based manufacturer focused on steel buildings, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and premium metallic and structural steel fabrication solutions. The company supports large commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
To strengthen its growth plans, the company is looking for a highly driven Sales Engineer / Sales Representative with solid technical knowledge and a successful background in the Saudi construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for steel structures, PEB, and metal fabrication products throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Build on an existing network of general contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers to create and convert qualified leads.
- Assess client engineering needs, propose suitable technical solutions, and coordinate with the estimation and design teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
- Handle the full sales process, from first enquiry and negotiations through to contract finalization and payment follow-up.
- Monitor major upcoming projects, market movements, and competitor activity across the Saudi market.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years of direct sales experience in Saudi Arabia within PEB, structural steel, or heavy metal fabrication is mandatory.
- Applicants should already have strong working relationships with tier-1 and tier-2 contractors and consultants in the Kingdom.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.
- A valid Saudi driving licence is required, along with willingness to travel across the country.
- Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice are preferred; transferable Iqama is an advantage.
- Only candidates who meet the engineering degree requirement and the 5-year KSA steel/PEB sales experience requirement will be considered.

Additional Information
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite position.
