Role overview
This entry-level Sales Development Representative position is designed for someone who wants to begin a career in digital marketing and gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment. The role centres on prospecting, lead generation, and arranging meetings for the sales team while promoting a broad mix of services such as SEO, SEM, CRO, and paid social across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
What the role involves
- Reach out to potential customers by phone and email, with a focus on SMEs and larger organisations looking for digital marketing support.
- Research prospective accounts in detail to understand their online marketing requirements and business context.
- Arrange follow-up conversations and book meetings for the sales team to move opportunities forward.
- Use marketing materials and email outreach tools to support personalised campaigns that improve engagement.
- Stay current with market developments and maintain strong working knowledge of modern digital marketing approaches and best practices.
